AltPlayer.com is now developing many Web Applications and solutions. We also support maintenace of existing web sites. Although we have not updated information for the public pages our Member area is teeming with activity and project setups, tickets, timelines and admin support desk is always working on something.

Recently we have acquired many customer websites for Performance optimization, improving indexing by search engines, implementing CDN and supporting customers of our customers as well.

 Image Hosting site - We are the backend developers of images.gonzb.com a personal website, which is a modification of Gallery2 project. The site is hosted in Europe and allows adult images to be hosted. Some features they have include copyright protection for uploaders, permissions, dual screen and quad sceen image sizes are supported. Altplayer.com is tasked with contect moderation, account management, technical support, server management and performance optimization.  Let's saythis is like flickr but adult allowed and is comes under EU privacy and data laws.

  Usenet development - This is one project we cannot disclose much information about. This is pure extreme development to manage insane amount of data in the usenet newsgroups. There are actually two projects similar in functionality but very different application. Release date is estimated 30th April 2010 for beta preview.

 Performance optimization - over 100 websites have been optimized by us. Saving thousands of dollars in cost of bandwidth, improving response of websites and positive feedback from customers and their web visitors. Sorry we dont have colorful advertising words for this. Its an engineering job and thats how we do it.

Search engine indexing - again no amazing marketting words. We see how search engines evolve, what they do and hate and feed it over 1 million pages a day from our customers portals for easy listing on search engines. Its a long term investment to get the rankingto slowly move upwards and then stay there. Sometimes doing too much can be waste of time and money. We stick to fundamentals and it works!

 Reseller hosting - Many of our customers are U.S. based web portals and marketting firms. They need multiple domains and secure hosting. We acquired Reseller status from GoDaddy Inc so we can offer them stable pricing and cheapest deal  all year around. No more "where is that deal when you need it". On another note, we hadinitially planned to not have a public website with updates. We shutdown the website altplayer.com and used subdomains for client's project consulations. However, we notice some old time customers look for our website on WWW and think we are gone. So we bring it back.
